Overs and unders, pre-season division

Now that the preseason polls are out, here are my thoughts on the teams that are over-rated and teams that are under-rated.

Overs (teams that are likely to be out of the final rankings): Arkansas, Auburn, Penn State, UCLA.

Unders (teams that could surprise and move into the rankings and/or finish the season ranked): Alabama, Oregon State, Georgia Tech, Wake Forest, South Florida, Arizona State, Clemson, Texas Tech.

ESPN.com did an insteresting story that researched preseason polls regarding over-rated/under-rated teams over the last 10 seasons.
