NCAA-Oklahoma update

Good for the NCAA (see earlier post "NCAA's binding views are constricting". The organization quickly granted Oklahoma's request for a waiver that will allow a Houston man (and Sooners' booster) to raise funds to help defray funeral expenses for Herman Mitchell, a high school player who had orally committed to OU.
