Missouri just drove for a touchdown -- a run by Chase Daniel where he clearly scored -- and then successfully converted the two-point try. Game tied, 14-all.
It was a dumb call to attempt the two-point conversion. It was a great play, a double reverse pass with Jeremy Maclin flipping the ball to a wide open Martin Rucker. I still think Missouri should have kicked the extra point; the risk of not converting on the two-point try and the loss of momentum was great.
But when Rucker cradled the pass, Missouri coach Gary Pinkel looked like a genius.

Wendell,
Did you bother watching the replay? He tried to back in the endzone and was stopped short. The ball has to cross the goal line, not the body.
