Texas A&M coach Mark Turgeon changed his starting lineup against Texas Tech, replacing sophomore Bryan Davis with freshman DeAndre Jordan. Davis had started the previous 10 games, but with the Aggies having lost three straight, perhaps it was time for a change.
Jordan scored the first basket for the Aggies.
