TCU put down another perfect bunt in the fifth, this time by Matt Carpenter. Woodruff followed with another sac bunt to send Carpenter to second, but Bryan Kervin lined out to second to end the inning. TCU still leads 3-1. -Trae Thompson

Nick Santos just hit a single to leftfield. TCU leftfielder Aaron Schultz got the ball, and made a perfect throw to home plate to Bryan Holaday, who tagged out Knight for the third out.  -Trae

Jim Schlossnagle just walked to the mound. Paul Gerrish's night is over. DBU has runners on first and second with two outs. Freshman Trent Appleby is in to relieve. -Trae

DBU first baseman Jason Krizan just made a tough catch in foul territory to end the bottom of the fourth. TCU is still up 3-1. Crazy moment - With two outs, TCU's Chris Ellington was at second and caught in a rundown. He managed to slide back into second, while Clint Arnold reached on a fielder's choice. -Trae

Since giving up three runs in the first, DBU starter Victor Black is causing problems for the Horned Frogs. TCU has had only two baserunners, including one single, since Kervin's double in the first. -Trae 

Perfect timing

DBU catcher Brandon Bantz just hit an infield popup that looked like it was going to drop. Horned Frogs second baseman Ben Carruthers charged the ball and made a perfect throw to first base just in time to throw out Bantz for the third out and leave Head stranded at third base.
