One of the toughest tasks I have during the NCAA Tournament is making my predictions on the bracket as the games evolve. When you make a pick, you want that pick to be right. On Friday that meant that I wanted Tennessee to win its first-round game over American but I was rooting for American to pull the upset.
I didn't pick San Diego, Siena or Villanova to win Friday. Particularly when it came to San Diego's overtime stunner against Connecticut, I defintely had mixed emotions.
My 14-year-old son is a huge Duke fan. I picked West Virginia to beat Duke in Saturday's second round. I hope he doesn't find this blog.
