Texas A&M certainly had a rough loss to Rice on Tuesday, but the Aggies responded with a 2-1 victory over Baylor on Friday night at Olsen Field in College Station.
Texas A&M (31-7) scored the winning run in the eighth with two outs and the bases loaded when Darby Brown was hit by a pitch. The Aggies have now won 10 conference games in a row, a school record, and remain in first in the Big 12 at 13-3.
The series now shifts up to Waco, with tonight's first pitch at 6:30 p.m.
