I think you could say that Trent Appleby should win Freshman of the Year honors for TCU.
The Horned Frogs reliever entered today with a 6-1 record and 2.41 ERA.
So far today, he's excelled once again and is a major reason why the Frogs are in good shape so far. After entering in the first, he's allowed two hits (only one extra-base hit), one walk and no runs.
