Quick take: The Ducks are going to have a real hard time replacing one, let alone two, dynamic players like Dennis Dixon and Jonathan Stewart. I'm sure there are capable players who will fill in, and I'll be keeping my eye on running back LeGarrette Blount, a JC transfer who's drawn plenty of praise. I really like Mike Bellotti, and it wouldn't shock me if he pulls off an upset with one of those road games against USC, Arizona State, or Cal. The defense is there, and if the offense matures, the Ducks are going to be just fine.
My player to watch: ROV Patrick Chung (6-0, 210). Chung, a first-team all-conference player in 2007 who is on the preseason Nagurski watch list, had 57 tackles over his final six games last year. He also became a kickoff returner, averaging 22.3 yards per return. Chung also has tremendous strength, bench pressing 345 pounds and has had a power clean lift of 324 pounds.

Who doesn't like Dennis Dixon? I'm mean really. This guy should receive a medal or something. For most valuable player.
