Todd Dodge just passed up a good chance to test new kicker Jeremy Knott, who has hit field goals from 37, 37 and 21 yards. Looking at 4th-and-forever and about a 50-yarder, Dodge just had QB Riley Dodge go for it to end a disastrous drive that started with Daniel Meager's 50-yard completion to Roderick Johnson. Riley came in for some red-zone work, almost scrambled out of trouble but was flagged for intentional grounding when Sam Owusu-Heming caught him. After a delay of game, Riley threw a pass while over the line of scrimmage to turn the ball over on downs. Hmm, woulda kicked it just to see.
