Texas A&M has struggled in the third quarter this season, but not today. A 60-yard run by freshman tailback Cyrus Gray on the opening play of the second half set up Jerrod Johnson's 11-yard touchdown pass to tight end Jamie McCoy for a 21-7 Aggie lead. Army answered with a 17-play, 71-yard drive that ate up 8:16 off the clock, pulling within 21-10 with 5:28 left in the third quarter.
