Dodge passes up chance to close gap

UNT caught a break when Craig Robertson tipped a pass to teammate Tobe Nwigwe for an interception. UNT had 25 seconds to go 37 yards but instead ran down the clock to eight seconds with three running plays -- despite burning two timeouts. On first down, kicker Jeremy Knott was short on a 43-yard field goal attempt. Louisiana leads 35-20 at halftime.
