Daniel Murray kicked a 31-yard field goal with one second left to give the Iowa Hawkeyes a 24-23 victory over Penn State, probably knocking the Nittany Lions, ranked No. 3 in the BCS standings, out of the national championship race.
Texas Tech, No. 2 in the BCS standings, plays Oklahoma State at 7 tonight.
UPDATE: LSU has scored with 6:12 to play and is tied with No. 1-ranked Alabama 21-21. .
