Sports Illustrated has released its top 20 preseason rankings for men's and women's basketball. North Carolina leads the men's poll, followed by UConn, UCLA, Louisville and Purdue. Texas is ninth. The top five in the women's poll: UConn, Stanford, Oklahoma, North Carolina and Rutgers.
