TCU heads into halftime down by six points, but with momentum. The Frogs finally broke through their scoring drought with 30 seconds remaining in the first-half, capping a five-play, 66-yard drive with a 16-yard touchdown run from Aaron Brown.
Until that drive, the Frogs were able to move the ball, outgaining Boise State 246-to-105 yards in total offense, but couldn’t capitalize with two drives into Broncos territory ending with interceptions.
TCU’s defense, however, has played well, holding Boise State’s running attack to just 15 yards in the first-half. As expected, this game is a defensive slugfest and the second-half should be entertaining.
