With today's 85-81 victory over Texas in Austin, Kansas State has a unique distinction. The Wildcats are the last Big 12 team to defeat the Longhorns in Austin in two different sports: men's basketball (today) and football (2007).
Today's upset ended the 12th-ranked Longhorns' lengthy home winning streak against conference teams (almost full two seasons). It dated back to a 73-72 loss to Kansas State on Feb. 3, 2007 in Austin. Texas' football team has won nine consecutive home games since falling to K-State, 41-21, on Sept. 29, 2007.

...shouldn't that read "..the ONLY Big 12 team to defeat the Longhorns in Austin in two different sports?"
