With plans for a Texas Tech-Oklahoma State in the Metroplex having fallen through, Texas Tech officials are looking to play Baylor starting this season in football at either the Cotton Bowl in Dallas or the Dallas Cowboys' new stadium in Arlington, the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal reports.
