TCU coach Gary Patterson has named current coaches Justin Fuente and Jarrett Anderson as co-offensive coordinators, and the Frogs have also hired former SMU offensive coordinator Rusty Burns.
Fuente will now move from running backs coach to quarterbacks coach, and Anderson moves from wide receivers to running backs. Burns will be the wide receivers coach.
"Both coaches are very talented and deserving of the opportunity," Patterson said of Fuente and Anderson.
The offensive coordinator position was vacated in early January when long-time TCU assistant Mike Schultz left for Illinois.
Fuente has previous experience as an offensive coordinator at Illinois State, while this is the first time Anderson has been an offensive coordinator. In addition to his time at SMU (2004-07), Burns has spent time at Cincinnati and Wyoming as the offensive coordinator.
