NEW YORK _ Curtis Jerrells and LaceDarius Dunn combined for 48 points as the Baylor Bears reached the Finals of the National Invitation Tournament with Tuesday's 76-62 win over San Diego State.
Baylor now plays the winner of tonight's other semifinal game between Penn State and Notre Dame. The NIT Finals is Tuhrsday at 6 p.m. at Madisoon Square Garden..
Jerrells poured in 19 of his 25 points in teh first half and Dunn added 14 of his 23 in the second half as Baylor improved to 24-14.
The Bears used second-half runs of 18-4 and 13-2 to put away the Aztec (26-10).
