En route to College Station today I noticed this on Texas Highway 6. This photo should say it all ...
John Randle was born in Hearne in 1967, and played his college ball at Texas A&M-Kingsville. He played 14 NFL seasons, 11 with the Vikings. Proof that most of us are faking it - Randle was unselected out of college, and this was at a time when there was, like, 29 rounds, to the draft. He was truly one of the NFL's original motor mouths, and a dominant rusher.
