Thanks for trying to get the UT fan base active in this blog. Nothing gets UT fans more fired up than their entitlement...even if TCU is better than UT those fans do not want to hear it. Here comes the stepchild comments...

Hey its an early year and UT is actually rated above TCU. The poll that counts is the coaches poll and UT is #4 and TCU is #5.

TCU has nothing against UT and its fans...you can root for UT and TCU this year, both play different schedules and are in different conferences.

However as a TCU fan I hope the Horned Frogs end the season ranked higher than Texas. Go Frogs!

What doesn't TCU win something of importance before beating their chest. Have fun beating up the dregs that is the Moutain West.

Should've been Why, not What.

So if the MWC is "dregs" why is Texas playing Wyoming? If they wanted to challenge their players, why not come to Amon Carter?

TCU is better than Texas the AP media poll. The media knows?

The USA Today Poll-Coaches Poll has Texas better than TCU.

The coaches poll is used in the BCS Poll.

The AP Media Poll is used as cocktail napkins.

TCU could be #2 in the AP Poll at the end of the year with their weak schedule. That assumes all the true top teams lose a game.

Go Horned Frogs; go horns; isn't it great to have two Texas teams rated in the top 5 ... in both polls. I'd love to see both go undefeated the entire season. I can root for both -- being a misplaced Texan marrooned in Georgia.

It's so wonderful to see the Frogs ranked above Texas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and also Arkansas. I sure hope that it stays that way.

Love it!

Something of importance? You mean like beating Rice? Or barely beating Nebraska last year? TCU does their best to play the highest quality non-conference opponents. Does Texas? No. I think some fail to remember that TCU beat 7 count them 7 teams last year that ranked in the top 25. Come on Longhorns, come play us if you have the guts!!!!

Oh yeah. Let the UT excuses begin. Here let me list 'em for you.

1. TCU and Boise don't play in a conference as hard as ours
2. TCU and Boise don't play tough opponents
3. The AP Poll is a joke
4. The Coach's Poll is a joke
5. We are UT, nobody is as good as we are. Honest
6. They can't be any good because their athletic budget isn't as big as ours.
7. The media loves us
8. Matthew McConaughey comes to our games, not TCU's
9. Mack Brown whines better than Gary Patterson
10. When we didn't get to play in the NC game, we made up our own championship and handed out rings ( Texas State Champions )

That about cover it?

Oh..I forgot a couple of UT excuses

11. More of our players are arrested than any other school
12. Our athletic department has it's own bail bondsman
13. Our athletic department has it's own holding cell ( scheduled for expansion from 4 cells to 8 )
14. Our football graduation rate is lower than TCU's
15. We destroy more conferences than TCU

There, that should cover it.

ya know, UT's schedule is pretty darn weak this year. i dont see how it's that much better than TCU's.

I received 1 st home loans when I was 25 and it aided my family very much. However, I need the secured loan as well.
