TCU football manager Clinton Foster had romantic plans to propose to his girlfriend of four years, Abby Davis, of Weatherford, this coming Valentine's Day. But a friend of Davis' spilled the beans, so he had to improvise another surprise. It turned out better than either could have imagined.
Foster, 20, a Forth Worth All Saints grad, popped the question while the two rode in a private boat during the Horned Frogs' visit to the park. She said yes.
"Then we watched the fireworks over the castle," Foster said. "It was great."
