It wasn't the second half, but the Frogs just suffered a massive letdown on special teams when it allowed the Badgers punter to run 11 yards to convert a long fourth-down on a fake punt. Just like last year against Boise State in the Fiesta Bowl when the Broncos converted a fake punt to keep a drive alive that resulted in a TD.
