Texas Tech officials announced the school’s 2011 football schedule today, with non-conference games in Lubbock against Texas State (Sept. 3) and Nevada (Sept. 24) as well as a Sept. 17 game at New Mexico.
Tech will play four of its conference games against Big 12 opponents in Lubbock (Texas A&M, Kansas State, Iowa State, Oklahoma State) with road games against Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas and Missouri. The Red Raiders close the season Nov. 26 against Baylor at Cowboys Stadium in Arlington.
