Oklahoma athletic director Joe Castiglione will replace former commissioner Dan Beebe as the Big 12’s representative on the NCAA Division I men’s basketball committee, NCAA officials announced today. Castiglione will serve out the remainder of Beebe’s term through the 2012-13 season. The committee decides which schools receive at-large bids and establishes the seeding for participants in the 68-team tournament.
