Baylor earned two of three Big 12 player of the week honors from the final week of the football season.
Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III, who threw for 320 yards and accounted for four touchdowns in the Bears’ 48-24 victory over Texas, earned the offensive honor, announced today. Baylor defensive back Sam Holl (two interceptions) received the defensive honor. The special teams award went to Kansas State kicker Anthony Cantele, who made three field goals in the Wildcats’ 30-23 victory over Iowa State.
