Baylor quarterback Robert Griffin III has finished at the top of the final Scripps Heisman Poll, released today.
Griffin threw for 320 yards and two touchdowns and rushed for two more Saturday in Baylor’s 48-24 victory against Texas. Griffin received six first-place votes, and 40 points overall, two ahead of Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck. Luck received three first-place votes and 38 points.
The Scripps Poll has correctly picked the Heisman winner in 20 of 24 years.
