Oklahoma has signed defensive end Chaz Nelson, a junior college All-American, to a letter-of-intent, school officials announced today. Nelson had 96 tackles (15.5 for losses) and 9.5 sacks last season for Garden City (Kan.) Community College. He is the Sooners’ third junior college signee for the 2012 recruiting class.
