Math was never my strong suit

I want to apologize for briefly freaking some readers out over TCU's new ticket prices. In a hastily posted blog item I sent as the TCU "seating summit" began Tuesday evening I incorrectly wrote that the $200 ticket prices for 2012 were per game, not per season. That error was quickly caught by a Star-Telegram copy editor and fixed, but I compounded the problem and confusion by replying to a twitter question asking if the original info was correct. I was already trying to listen to the "seating summit" presentation and didn't compute what the reader was pointing out: That $200 per game would be ludicrous.
Anyway, I heard through phone calls, tweets and emails that some readers were confused and annoyed by the mistake. I understand. My apologies. Math was never my strong suit.
