Missouri forward Ricardo Ratliffe, who averaged 22 points and 7 rebounds per game last week in victories over then-No. 3 Baylor and Texas A&M, was selected today as the Big 12 men’s basketball player of the week for games played Jan. 16-22. Iowa State guard Tyrus McGee, a junior-college transfer who averaged 18.5 points and 6.5 rebounds in victories over Oklahoma State and Texas Tech, received rookie of the week honors.
