Texas linebacker Demarco Cobbs is being held out of spring drills while members of the medical staff evaluate a neck injury, team trainers said today. No timetable has been set for Cobbs’ return. Receiver John Harris (foot) has yet to be cleared and is expected to miss at least the first half of spring drills, trainers said. Texas’ spring game is April 1.
