Fabyon Harris, a 5-foot-9 guard who is considered one of the nation’s top junior college prospects, announced plans today to sign with Texas A&M. Harris, a Chicago native, played last season at the College of Southern Idaho and announced his commitment to A&M on his Twitter account. Under NCAA rules, Harris cannot sign until April 11. He also visited Alabama-Birmingham and received interest from Kansas, Oklahoma State, Tennessee and Mississippi.
