Baylor has added forward Taurean Waller-Prince, a 6-foot-7 forward from San Antonio, to its men’s basketball signing class, school officials announced today. Waller-Prince averaged 21.4 points and 11.2 rebounds per game last season as a senior at San Antonio Warren and was ranked as the No. 7 prospect in the state by TexasHoops.com. Baylor’s recruiting class, which has been heavy on inside players with the departures of last season’s three frontline starters to the NBA Draft (Perry Jones III, Quincy Acy, Quincy Miller), has been ranked No. 4 nationally by Scout.com and No. 5 by ESPNU.
