Texas to play Georgetown in men's basketball on Dec. 4 in New York

Texas will face Georgetown in the first game of the Jimmy V Men’s Basketball Classic, Dec. 4 at Madison Square Garden in New York. School officials announced the contest Wednesday. The game will tip off at 6 p.m. on ESPN. Texas will be making its third appearance in the Jimmy V Classic, which benefits cancer research.
