For those who already can't wait for the 2013 college football season, NationalChamps.net has your fix.
Tuesday, the website released its annual Early Bird Preview, providing a pre-preseason look at next year's top 25, for those of which patience is not a virtue.
The nation's top contender in NationalChamps.net's distant look into the future is Alabama, followed by Stanford, LSU, Notre Dame and Oregon in order.
Just three Big 12 schools made the most preliminary of cuts, beginning with Oklahoma at 14, followed by No. 16 Texas and No. 23 TCU.
Texas A&M is the highest ranked Lone Star State school, ranked No. 8.
Naturally, the SEC leads all conferences with seven schools in the poll, followed by the Pac 12 with five and the Big 10 with four.
The NationalChamps.net website claims to have predicted almost the same top 10 as the AP preseason poll each year by simply analyzing returning each school's returning depth chart.
The website provides depth chart breakdowns and key notes for each one of these teams featured in the poll.
