Former Hurst L.D. Bell standout Marshall Henderson scored 26 points Tuesday night to help lead Mississippi to an 89-79 overtime victory at Vanderbilt, and his 35-footer to force overtime -- just after a Vanderbilt 3-pointer put the Commodores ahead by three -- drew the attention of SI.com's Seth Davis, who linked to the video on his Twitter account.
Henderson started his college career at Utah, transferred to Texas Tech where he sat out a season, left there and went to South Plains College, where he was National Junior College Player of the Year. This season he is leading the Southeastern Conference in scoring at 18.6 points a game and has Ole Miss at 3-0 in the SEC and 14-2 overall.
