Big 12 officials begin their spring meetings Wednesday in Irving, with the three-day session to culminate with Friday’s distribution of proceeds from the 2013-14 school year. The league’s eight long-term members earned $22 million in revenues last year, with newcomers TCU and West Virginia each collecting a 50 percent share ($11 million), per their agreement to join the league. TCU and West Virginia will receive a 67 percent share of league revenues this year, their second as conference members. Wednesday’s sessions include meetings for Big 12 athletics directors, faculty representative and senior women’s administrators.
