#TCU back on the field Tuesday

TCU resumes practice at the Home Depot Center complex Tuesday after holding only a light walk through at the Rose Bowl Monday. The third-ranked Horned Frogs (12-0) meet No. 4 Wisconsin (11-1) at 4 p.m. Saturday in the Rose Bowl.

Four consecutive days of media press conferences with both teams begin Tuesday morning with TCU defensive coordinator Dick Bumpas and five defensive players, followed by Badgers' offensive coordinator Paul Chryst and five offensive players. The teams switch sides Wednesday. Thursday features a media blitz with the entire roster of both teams.

TCU's Patterson discusses first practice, Christmas plans

TCU coach Gary Patterson talked after the third-ranked Horned Frogs practiced for the first time in California Saturday at the The Home Depot Center complex, home of the MLS Los Angeles Galaxy. The Frogs practiced in shorts and helmets only. They will run a full-padded practice Sunday morning.
Saturday's practice had a familiar feel, as the Frogs worked out with their mix of classic rock songs featuring Tom Petty, Guns N Roses and BTO. The team went bowling at Lucky Strike lanes in downtown Los Angeles Saturday afternoon and had Christmas dinner together in the evening.
