Cowboys defensive end Jason Hatcher played his first game of the preseason against Houston and played extensively.
Hatcher, who is coming off a hamstring injury, expects to play even more against Minnesota. He also got reps with most of the first-team defense in the third quarter. But the hamstring is still holding him back some. He said it was weak and kept him bursting off the line of scrimmage.
``I wasn't explosive as I want to be,'' Hatcher said.
