T. Glenn not sure about opener

Cowboys wide receiver Terry Glenn is not sure he will return to practice Saturday or if he will be ready for the Sept. 9 season opener against the Giants.

Glenn is recovering from arthroscopic knee surgery on Aug. 1. Cowboys coach Wade Phillips said earlier this week Glenn would be ready to practice Saturday and is expected to be ready for the opener.

   As far as practice Saturday.

"We'll see,'' Glenn said Wednesday afternoon after the team's kickoff luncheon. "I can't say much about that right now.''

As far as playing against the Giants.

"There's always a question,'' Glenn said. "With the grace of God, hopefully I will be out there.''
