Cowboys receiver Patrick Crayton is happy his new contract extension is done and he said he had no desire to test free agency. But he possibly could have received a bigger contract than his four-year, $14 million deal that included a $6 million signing bonus if he had tried.
``I wasn't trying to break the bank,'' Crayton said. ``I'm not a greedy person. I'm happy now. I am set financially the way I need to be.''
Crayton also wanted his mind clear for the playoffs and didn't want to think about relocating his family to another city.
``I didn't want to be dealing it with especially during the playoffs,'' Crayton said. ``Now I am back to my comfort level.''
