A look at the games remaining for the Cowboys and how those teams are faring this season.
Dec. 9 at Detroit (6-5): The Lions, who face the Vikings on Sunday, have lost three straight games, yet still have the seventh-ranked passing offense in the NFL.
Dec. 16 vs. Philadelphia (5-6): A.J. Feeley is likely to get the start for the Eagles on Sunday against the Seahawks in place of the injured Donovan McNabb.
Dec. 22 at Carolina (4-7): Poor Panthers. They've lost five games in a row and are still winless at home. They face the equally-hapless 49ers on Sunday.
Dec. 30 at Washington (5-6): The Redskins aren't completely out of the playoff hunt at this point, but they could be by the time the regular-season ender rolls around. Certainly the 'Skins wouldn't pass up the opportunity to beat the Cowboys, though.
