Baltimore wants to interview Garrett

Cowboys offensive coordinator Jason Garrett said Thursday that the Baltimore Ravens have requested permission from the Cowboys to interview him for their head coaching job. The Ravens fired Brian Billick Monday.

Garrett will interview with the Falcons Friday and will have through Saturday for any other interviews. Teams can only interview club personnel during a bye week. The Cowboys coaching staff returns to work in earnest on Sunday to begin preparing for the Divisional playoffs.
