Is Larry Allen returning to the Cowboys?
No, not really.
The former Cowboys lineman is contemplating retirement. The 14-year veteran played his first 12 seasons with Dallas and the past two seasons with San Francisco.
According to a published report, Allen might want to retire as a Cowboy by signing a ceremonial one-day contract with Dallas in the same way Emmitt Smith did to end his career.
If Allen chooses to retire as a Cowboy, it probably won't happen until sometime during the off-season because of the logistics of signing a one-day contract with Dallas.

As it should be. LA was absolutely the centerpiece of a bunch of great offensive lines when he was here and I would love to see him benching 700lbs and Rocket Ismail one last time before he turns outthe lights. He's a first ballot HOF'er IMO.
