Adams remains a Cowboy

In the end, Flozell Adams never wanted to leave the Cowboys.

And the Cowboys couldn't stomach the thought of letting him go.

The result of was a six-year deal that comes close to the contract guard Leonard Davis signed last year, a source said.

Tony Romo is breathing easier now.

As his blindside will continue to be protected by a Pro Bowl tackle.

The Cowboys offensive line remains in tact as all of last year's starters return for next year.
