Julius in Seattle

Cowboys free agent running back Julius Jones is reportedly checking out the Seattle Seahawks today. He hit Tennessee on Wednesday and Detroit on Tuesday.

Juliusjones  It's interesting considering the Seahawks signed T.J. Duckett on Wednesday to share with fast-fading Shaun Alexander, who has been injury-riddled the past two years. Seattle also has Maurice Morris. Rumors have floated that Alexander's days in Seattle could be numbered.

Jones will likely have flashbacks of his great moment in Seattle and may not want to leave. In the best game of his career, Jones rushed for 198 yards and three TDs as a rookie at Seattle in 2004. I remember Julius that Monday night....he was lightning fast, shifty and amazing. He never could recapture that style. Jones also rushed for 112 yards at Seattle in the 2006 playoff loss.

Jones was lucky to have the success he had. Detroit, Seattle, etc... can have him.
