Get it to Owens, Regardless

Apparently, the edict to get the ball to Terrell Owens has either been a government mandate, or Jerry Jones is calling plays.
The Cowboys have 13 offensive plays in the second half, seven of which have either gone to or were designed to go to T.O.
One of the plays did result in a touchdown, but with a little more than five minutes remaining in the third quarter Tony Romo floated a long pass up the right side to a double-covered T.O. that resulted in an incomplete.

Romo couldn't throw the ball in the ocean, he sucks when the game is on the line. Like they say pressure makes a pipe burst. His decision making is absolutely terrible.
