There is No Advantage

The Cowboys have played the Thanksgiving Day since it was invented, but even those who have played in the game every year of their career there is no decided advantage in it. Playing on three days of preparation and rest lends itself to little advantage, either way.
"There is no way you can get used to it," Cowboys linebacker Bradie James said. "I heard an interview where a guy said the Cowboys are so used to doing this. There is no way you can train your body for this. But that's why we get paid the big bucks."
There may be a huge advantage this week, however. The Seahawks have to fly four hours and cross two time zones to play this game.
"Every road trip is a long road trip," Seahawks running back Julius Jones said.
And they're especially longer after you lose all the time, too.
