Who will Wade hire as defensive coordinator?

Could San Francisco 49ers defensive coordinator Greg Manusky be a possibility? He is good buddies with Wade Phillips and the two worked together in San Diego when Manusky was linebackers coach.

This is nothing but pure speculation on my part, but I did see Manusky headed off to dinner Monday night with Phillips and Cowboys owner Jerry Jones. Just dinner with a good friend? Maybe.

Manusky has spent the past two seasons in San Francisco and is reportedly being retained by new head coach Mike Singletary. Manusky would most likely have to be released from his contract for the Cowboys to have a shot at him.

San Francisco finished 13th in total defense this year.
