The Cowboys signed linebacker Tearrius George on Friday. George spent the 2008 season on the team's practice squad. He was released by the Dolphins this week.
The Cowboys are thin at linebacker, having released Justin Rogers and with Brandon Williams (out for the year with a knee injury) and Stephen Hodge (knee) banged up.
Dallas hosts the 49ers tomorrow night at Cowboys Stadium.
